Great property priced and marketed right can sell during the winter holidays.  Take the listing and make the best of it.  Hot areas that always sell in Sacramento - Curtis Park, Land Park, South Land Park, Midtown, Greenhaven/Poket, and the beloved East Sacramento.  Of course that doesn't mean other areas won't sell.  Take the opportunity of out of town family that want to move here and hold your listings open durning the holidays.
