Working at Century 21 Sundance has been a great experience in more ways then one. I basically fell into my position because I rented a home from them upon arriving in Florida January of 2003. I began at our Ormond Beachside location which overlooks the ocean. How can you beat a job like that? The Broker/Manager of the Beachside Office is Nancy Dance's daughter, Nancy-Ellen Otte. It was a real pleasure to work for Nancy-Ellen, she is fair, diplomatic, organized with awesome leadership skills. Any time an Agent has a question, she was quick with a answer or solution. I learned a lot from her and I really enjoyed our 3 yrs of working together. I was transferred to the Pelican Bay location June of 2007, sure I miss that ocean, but during whale season they promise to call if there is a sighting, and I do enjoy the new location just as much. Recently Midori Miller became the Broker/Manager at this office, but she has been with Century 21 Sundance as our Agent Trainer for almost 3 years now I believe and everyone loves her. She will make fine addition to the Pelican Bay location. I know for me, I'll be able to learn from Midori as I help her through the daily office routines as she learns from me.
For years at other jobs I would wake up in the morning thinking "I don't want to go to work today" now, unless I am sick I've not had that thought. I've always felt like I'm with family or good friends at the office here. Nancy Dance has assembled a wonderful group of Agents and put them into a super work environment, everyone is for the most part upbeat and happy with a positive go get em attitude, and I'm a real lucky gal to be part of that!
Sounds like a great office. Our C21 office is too...
