If you are just starting out in real estate or you feel the need to extend your sphere of influence a little bit, the best thing to do is to start with what and who you know. Everyone needs to know that you are in real estate . . . all the time . . . everywhere you go. (Yes, even at my hot yoga studio--read the blog-- when I look like death warmed over, everyone needs to know that I am in real estate. Hey . . .they look like death warmed over, too.)
