December Blogging Challenge Day 31- A Year in The Rain

By
Real Estate Sales Representative with Realty Executive Midwest

December 31 is finally here, so lets raise up our glasses and give a big cheer.
Hello everybody from Alan to Sue, I hope you enjoy my year in review.

On January 6th, what should I happen to see, a shiny gold star looking back at me.
My first Featured Post was on the first page, I finally made it to the Rain’s grand stage.
Eight more features, nine in all when I’m writing in the Rain I’m just having a ball.
I wrote about ethics or the clients I wouldn’t take but my post on House Calls really took the cake.

I’ve met ActiveRainer’s across the U.S from Southern California to Franklin Mass.
Coffee in March and margaritas in May,  Gene Mundt’s too nice he never lets me pay.
June 17th was a very nice day, an ActiveRain lead that awarded me with pay.
I met Larry and Leslie back in September, ActiveRain has the coolest of members.
December came and here was the test, ActiveRain was with me as we laid my dad to rest.

Whether I’m writing about good times or writing about strife, ActiveRain helps create a very good life.
Happy New Year ActiveRain, see you in 2012 …..it’s a good life.

Hi Joe, I've always admired people who could write poetry.  It always stressed me out in school to have to write any kind of poem.  Love your Year in the Rain poem.  So sorry to hear you recently lost your dad.  I'll have to go back and read the posts you have links to - you have my curiosity up.  Hope you have a Happy New Year and a Prosperous 2012!

That is a cute rhyme. I parked  myself in training Webinars but enjoyed the reports of who was doing what in their business.
