December 31: Today I edited the video I took at Coats for Kids and posted it (great cause). I had trouble getting the video to embed in my blog, just as I had with another one recently. After trying various methods, I finally got it to work.
I don’t know why the procedure suddenly has to be different from all of the other videos I have embedded with no problem, but I have (I think) found the way to do it with whatever new glitches are in the system.
As part of my year-end review, I pulled out a full steno pad on which I had taken notes at seminars and webinars in 2010 and some of 2011, and in which I had made notes to myself of things I wanted to do to improve my website, my marketing, and other parts of my business.
I realize that there is so much in that steno book, that I couldn’t possibly have put it all into action at once, so there are great ideas in there that I have never yet implemented.
I outlined those things that I hope to get started on each month during 2012, and I am facing the new year with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
This was not an easy month to do this challenge, with family deaths and other things hitting us, but I think that insisting on keeping the challenge may have kept me sane!
Anyway, it’s over now and I’m ready for 2012 and the wonderful things it will bring.
