Ok, Well now that I have your attention, here is your opportunity to not only do good for the community but also help yourself stay fit.  Dana Point, California will hold it's annual Turkey Trot on Nov. 22nd with the funds raised going to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County.  This trot will offer both a 5k and 10k and you can sign up by calling 949-496-1555.  Or go to the following website:
