Double the Pleasure - Double the Fun

Christmas Eve an offer came in for a property where all hope had been lost.  A short sale running out on time.

Talk about a GIFT!  

New Year's Eve, another offer came in on a property I thought would never sell.  The client is stubborn to say the least and only a miracle was going to sell it.   I'd made up my mind to walk from the listing, and another owned by the same seller, within this first week of 2012.  No use bringing negative energy from one year in to color the next.

So, both are now under contract and we work through the escrow period. Funny how many hopes, dreams, and futures can be tied up in a transaction.  They are like the cog of a many-spoked wheel.

Here's to the smooth turning of the wheels for just a few more weeks.

Here's to lessons learned in 2011.
