4 Comments on FLIP FLOP - ADVERTISING YOUR SHORT SALE EXPERTISE - THE SELLER SIDE
Dan -
You need to clarify. For this Ad are you defining "investors" as the persons who bought and now can't flip - or
Are you defining "investors" as persons that will be in the market for flips that flopped (ie: NEW investors vs. OLD investors)?
Thanks - Richard
Richard and Dan:
Both; are right. The ad to me speaks to investors that have bought a property that they thought they could flip and are now in deep trouble because the property is worth less than when they bought it. There are many indivduals I come across everyday as a loss mitigator that bought a house from an investor that made it sound like they were getting a deal, when in fact they paid retail plus. Everyday we give birth to new investors and want-to-be investors that will be canidates for the properties you are able to short sale.
So I say you're both right. Market to homeowners and investors in trouble and to investors looking for a deal.

Thanks Marvin!
I will work on the next version to be even more "generic"
