I ventured into the realm of advertising - something I have never done before. Here is a little play on words that - believe it or not - was actually not understood by the majority of people that call the office because they see it.
How are you, as an agent, marketing yourself? Different methods work for different potential clients. ActiveRain is a tremendous resource for agents and related businesses - but reaching out and networking outside of ActiveRain is just as important.
Time will tell how this message gets throught to those in need.
Many of you have suggested that sellers call me to see if I can help. Every one has been called back, and although I suggested other solutions besides short sales to several of them, it is nice to be able to listen to the different problems and discuss sometimes "outside the box" solutions and suggestions.
