great job, I love the chandelier and the new counterop!
Hi Kristine,
To answer your question "to stage or not to stage".
The answer is yes. If you stage a home that someone is still living in, will it be called a "living stage" or simply "interior design" work?
Inquiring minds want to know. The shots are really good and the work is worthy of the White House, BTW, have you ever done any work for them?
Have a great day in New Jersey.

Kristine - Very nice job. You certainly do know your stuff. The before and after shots tell it all. Much more luck and success in the New Year. Happy New Year to you and yours neighbor
Good afternoon, Little Scorpion. Very good!!! You have such an incredible talent...
Great job, I just finished a Feng Shui course...it's so similar to staging...yet not, in that it's about the energy of people too. If folks knew how they could change their moods, life, etc with the proper flow of energy in a home, we'd all have stagers over-haul things more frequently. I'm a believer in living in beautiful and harmonious surroundings...well done.
Kristine, this reminded me of some sellers that wanted to sell. We went through their home, and made some notes on things that should be done prior to listing. Some of which included a small kitchen remodel. After they did that, they decided they REALLY liked their home, and decided not to sell.... HMMM! I agree, you should do these items and enjoy them, BEFORE you move!
Kristine, I agree, update and enjoy the benefits of using it as part of your payback! Beautiful choices!
Miss Kris~Let's face it, we ALL love to see before and afters when they're dramatic, from weight loss to re-designed homes...and I sure LOVE a dramatic change. How wonderful that this woman thought to invest in herself as well as her home. Amen to that. And in a word--PERFECT. I loved Debb's comment, too. I'm like that. But--hey, you know that already!
The hardword floors were the best improvement by far. LOVE that chandelier!!
Good morning Kristine,
I love the before and after shots..it's easy to see why the seller loved this re-do..you turned a cutter cookie kitchen into an upsale kitchen with some classy touches! Great job and shows why clients use Kristine Ginsberg....you do have such a creative talent!! Love the chandelier also:).
We agree Kristine. Why wait? We always enjoy your before and after photos and see your creative touches to otherwise uneventful surroundings!
Wow, nice work and what a difference! This is kitchen is ten times better. Keep up the great work Kristine!
You did such a great job.. Made the kitchen look so much warmer and inviting!!! It look amazing!!
You definitely gave that kitchen the WOW Factor Kristine! It wouldn't surprise me if the owner decides to keep it after all. Awesome job.
Why in the world isn't this featured? I was so guilty for so many years of not finishing remodeling projects until it was time to sell. Make it WONDERFUL and livable WHILE YOU'RE THERE! And you did a fantastic job on this home!
Really nicely done. Best of luck in 2012!!
Wow, did they decide to stay there after you made all of those changes? Looks great!
Sam
Love the changes Kristine - they may decide to stay now instead of selling next year! :-)
Thank you so much for all your kind and wonderful comments - I've read and appreciate each and everyone. Due to time constraints, I'm in the process of stopping by your blogs to see what's going on with you! Wishing everyone a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year! ~Kristine
Your clients were so fortunate to have found you, Kristine. The difference is amazing. And... what a great find on that light fixture!
Congratulations. Your home staging is being featured in the group Staging Before and After Pictures.
