I have been watching a good amount of football this weekend and can’t help notice all of the commercials for Weight Watchers, Subway Sandwiches, and any other company that capitalizes on marketing aimed at people making New Years resolutions. I have also read about what people are going to do different in the New Year to better themselves. What I haven’t read or seen in commercials is what are you going to continue to do because it works?
Previously I posted about my Facebook habits and how they work for me. What habits in 2012 do you want to hold on to and why? Change is good but sometimes it’s good just to stay the course. It’s a good life.
