People want to be proud of where they reside and are willing to spend more on a place that makes them feel good living there. It doesn’t take a lot to improve your landscape. Start by trimming overgrown bushes, getting rid of clutter, and repairing broken swings or fences. Brighten up surrounding areas around the house by strategically planting colorful flowers in pots and flowerbeds. Hire the neighbor’s teenager to keep the lawn trimmed for a small fee each week. With just these few extra touches, you can shorten the market time for a Seattle home sale.
