I had a busy past few days and the year is barely 2 days old. A rushed showing was planned and an offer was written on New Years day. Today we are presenting our offer. This is a multiple offer situation so who knows how this will playout with so may offers on the table. We have a good offer, fingers crossed.

Another client has been trying to setup a viewing only to find out later that the property is sold conditionally. Agents please update your MLS.

I am thrilled to have start off the New Year with such a flurry of business activities. This was the first for me.

Wishing all my ActiveRain friends a Happy, Healthy New Year filled with LOVE and HAPPINESS.

By the way, non-updated MLS listings drive me nuts also. Clients see homes online that they are all excited about, only to find out there's already a contract in place. Argh!

In 2012 I would Challenge each and everyone to reach out and touch someone be it as close as a neighbour going through a hard time to some one half way around the world. It does not matter if you donate to a local food bank, or travel halfway around the world to offer aid or assistance. If we all did Just One Thing To Make Someones New Year A Little Better A Little Brighter the world would be better for it and so would we. In today's global world with its instant communication of disaster and distress how can we not reach out.
