IN MY FORMER LIFE...

By
Real Estate Agent with King Realty Group

Prior to my entrance into the exciting world of real estate, I was the CEO of my household.  Over the past 2 years, I have noticed a similarity between motherhood and real estate...

If anything in this world can prepare you for the role as a Realtor, and handling all the issues that come with it, being a mother does!  Especially a mother of 3!  I could teach a class in multi-tasking, I wrote the book on handling stubborn children, being "on-call" 24 hours a day, and don't even get me started on my negotiating skills.

What in your former life has prepared you to be a successful Realtor?

Hi Elizabeth,

What a clever post!  I too, am a mom and that helped me for all the reasons you stated.  My many years in the business world (besides the obvious) helped me become proficient on the computer and confident talking with people.  But my love of people, I was born with.
