24 hour real estate market watch  In the residential market, we have 53 New Listings, 49 Price Changes, 17 Pending, 8 on Back Up, and 15 Sold Homes.

Multifamily Units: we have 1 Pending, 1 Back Up, and 1 Sold.

For Vacant Land, we have 25 New Listings, 1 Price Change, and 1 Pending.

No changes recorded in the Commercial Real Estate Market.
