Buy and Sell every 2 years??

I am in the process of discussion with my wife about moving evyer two years. We are currently in our third house. SInce becoming an agent we have moved about every two to three years. We now a little one and the wife is more reluctant to move every two years. What kind of suggestions do you have that will give me more ammo when dealing with the wife????
