The buyers are beginning to come out of the woodwork, and are swarming around a number of my listings.  In the past week I have noticed a significant increase in the number of showings, and more importantly, second and third showings.  Buyers are showing genuine interest, bringing family members to view these homes, and are placing offers to purchase.  Rather than beginning to go into Holiday mode, just the opposite is occuring.

Homes in the Pascack Valley have adjusted in price, and there are some really incredible values to be had.  Realtors who have their pulse on the market have noticed this increase in activity.  Many of us are so very busy with the productive market, that there is less time to write blogs, and much more time spent with our clients.
