THE YMCA OF GREATER BIRMINGHAM IS OFFERING A $0 JOIN FEE

I really enjoyed my YMCA membership in 2011, but the last couple of months my trips to the gym have dwindled away to nothing (much like my blogging). Oh, and am I regretting that now! When I got on the scale yesterday it screamed at me! Part of it was I got busy and had to miss some of my regular classes. Part of it was I like to go at the end of my work day and when the days got shorter and Thanksgiving got here it was way too easy to decide if I could only go one day a week that wasn't enough. That's okay! I'm looking forward to starting back this week.

The YMCA of Greater Birmingham has a special deal going on through January 31st. If you are a member and refer a friend during the month of January they can join without having to pay a sign up fee AND you earn 1500 reward points.

So grab your sneakers and let's get back to the gym!
