During the month of November 2011 there were three sales in the category according to the local multiple listing service in South Pasadena. The sales prices ranged in price from $329,000(a 716 square foot loft-style unit at Station Lofts) to $580,000(a 1456 square foot two bedroom loft unit at Mission Commons). The remaining unit was a townhome at The Monterey townhome community which sold for $459,000(a two bedroom/two and a half bath unit).
In November 2010 there were seven sales. They ranged in sales price from $322,000 to $616,000 with a median sales price of $365,000.
