One of my clients recently told me that her co-workers wants to purchase a home this year, but he wants to do it on his own he does not want a buyer’s agent. Of course I asked "why would he want to do that?" My client said she thinks that her co-worker wants to save money. I proceeded to explain that purchasing a home without representation of a buyer’s agent to negotiate on his behalf was not going to save him money but could actually cost him money.
