Was just talking to someone from Shasta, they felt the market was improving...so glad to hear about every uptick. A
I like that sentence that begins, "The region's market recovery...." Those dastardly experts have been talking doom and gloom down here for several years, but since February 2009, we've been increasing or holding steady for the most part. And with the economy and public confidence increase down here, and unemployment numbers falling, it just keeps looking better and better.

I agree completely; I was meeting with a fellow agent today. She said she doesn't watch the news anymore. She thought if people took sometime to just judge their own condition they would be far happier. SC
