Seeking Private Investors or REITs

We have created a Joint Venture with multiple developers and are currently seeking capital from a private investment company or REIT to help with our acquisitions.  We are currently building new "Hybrid" or "Green" homes in targeted areas of demand.  We have all of the market research complete and strategic plans in place for master plan developments.

We are seeking an equity partner to help with our bulk acquisitions.  We will handle the entire development process from land acquisition to final sell out.  If you or someone you know would like to get involved with developing "Green" subdivisions, let me know.

Hi Ryan,

We are updating our pro-formas on Tuesday, and I will contact you once that is complete.  Each individual development shows a different return, and in some scenarios we are forecasting a minimum of a 2 year holding period.  Will your clients be interested in master plan developments with a long term hold?  Or, are they strictly interested in short term returns?  Our developments are primarily located in the southeast U.S. but we have considered other markets.
