Okay...so not all Sellers are desperate...!

God love Buyers and or Renters in this market...but not all sellers are desperate.  How do you explain that though...?  Yes, their homes have been sitting on the  market, yes, there is a surplus number of homes for sale and rent on the market, and yes, many of these resale homes are competing with much cheaper foreclosure home....BUT, that does not mean sellers will accept just any old offer.  I am not even sure who I am addressing this to...I have been on the other end, as an agent,  and you have a buyer who wants to put in a "low ball" crazy offer..and you are doing what is in the best interest of your client..(and you feel like dead man walking faxing over the offer) I have some agents who were pretty cool, and didn't yell at me, but...I have had some who.....well SHOT THE MESSENGER....!!  The bottom line.....if you really want a home, yes, you want a deal, but there is a line......and when you cross it, sometime, it is the point of no return...
