Thank you for all that participated in the coaching call yesterday. Unfortunately, I did not hit the record button so I won't have this one on file for you. Here is a quick synopsis.

 
It was a great call focused on 'Think Action' (p. 84-85 of the MREA - The Nine Ways the Millionaire Real Estate Agent Thinks). My favorite quote from this section is "When you know what to do, there comes a point when it is just time to shut up, get up, and giddy up." How often do we need to hear this type of encouragement and then take action? Taking action may lead to failing forward, and it is important to know that at least you're moving forward. Lack of action will simply lead to failure. So take action on what you know today, and I know success awaits you in 2012.
 
Here are some questions we discussed in the coaching call.
 
1. What actions are you taking today that you weren't taking in 2011 that will help you achieve what you want in 2012?
 
2. Procrastination leads to stagnation. What can we do to eliminate procrastination? Systems and Models
 
3.  If your current actions/lack of actions aren't getting you the results, what do you need to change today?
 
4. Should we be focused on buyer appointments or listing appointments? What actions can you take today to become purposeful in your business to acquire listings?
 
I also mentioned some upcoming training events that I hope you can be a part of this month at our market center.

I have also included the Productivity Coaching program roster. Part of our discussion yesterday was centered around accountability. To 'Think Action' requires accountability. Find someone on this roster, or someone in our market center, to hold you accountable 'Think Action' for 2012.
