Every man knows that the secret to success is a good woman. Throughout history the story of man and wife is timeless, ageless and remarkable. The wife is the foundation of the marriage, hence the reason the husbands signature is always on top for legal documents. I often quip during settlements at Family Abstract that "Your husband signs on the top line because you need to be there to hold him up, your the strength, the foundation".
