THINK WE WILL BUY IN 6 MONTHS......REALLY!

Despite what the media says about the Las Vegas Real Estate Market...We are booming! yes it is a different market then the years pass.  Most all listings are Short Sales and Foreclosures, but isn't that the case just about every where? We have 3 months worth of inventory on the market and if a property is in decent shape it either sells fast or we have a multiple offer situation.  So when my client tells me they want to rent for 6 months then look at buying based on what they have seen on the news I want to scream...C'mon Man!  So this is the moment when knowledge is power! After an evening of showing them what is really going on in the market Vs the news, unbelievably low interest rates and the cost of owning Vs Buying..we are back on track looking this Sunday to purchase a property!!
