John, Jeff, Celeste "Sally" and Carole: There was open house at this one yesterday and I was truly blown away that the price had been reduced to $259,900. Property around Lake Blue Ridge is much more expensive than this and of course, on the lake itself is out of sight. This one is a steal and I just can't stress that enough. I am honestly stumped that his cabin has not sold. Thank you all for your comments. I greatly appreciate each one.
