Q:  What if the Inspection uncovers problems ?

A: My report will tell you the condition of the house, including needed repairs. No house is going to be perfect. It's up to you to decide how any problems the inspection uncovers might affect your decision to purchase. If major problems are discovered, you may want to try negotiating with the seller to have them repaired before your closing. Or perhaps the seller will lower the price or offer more favorable contract terms. In the end, the decision rests with you, but knowing about potential problems, before you buy, gives you the power to negotiate and make the best decisions.

Dale: I have yet to see a "perfect" house. I believe we need to continue to educate the seller to have the inspection before they list; that way when they do list they are ready to go......

Howdy Carl

Thanks for stopping by this fine day to leave a comment.

Your so right about needing to continue to educate the seller to have there homes inspected before it goes on the market. I also feel we need to educate them on how important it is to have home maintenance inspections. Then maybe they would not have major problems show up at the inspection.

Have a good one
