Hi Randy - Your single family home sales look good! I wish people would stop watching the news about all the gloom and doom..our market here in Fort Worth looks very good. I've had a very busy couple of months and I don't see it slowing down like it usually does. I like to see other markets doing well.

Good job on the report Randy. You showed everything here pertinent to the market in the Wahiwa area.

Linda - It seems the news media has tried, but just can't seem to kill the market.

Sally - I have one or two new listings coming up in Wahiawa the beginning of the month, so I wanted to post those numbers for my clients also.

Randy,

Do you see a larger sense of appreciation in Hawaii, and of lately, in comparison to say the west coast of the United States?

Tom - I haven't looked at statewide numbers but on Oahu our median prices have been up, while volume has seen some slippage.  There are areas that have done better and some that have seen slippage.
