I studied the market this evening in hopes that with the increase of showings I am personally receiving in November. That October would have been a better month then September. However I am going to provide the stats below.

Lake County Oh,

I averaged all the areas in Lake County Oh for the Month of September and October and here are the Statistics.

 September = 165 homes sold through out lake county. (Mentor being the biggest hit with with 54 homes sold)

October = 154 homes sold through out lake county. (Mentor being the biggest hit with 42 homes sold)

The statistcs show that October was 1.2% behind September. However, I have noticed that November for us has been extremely busy with the amount of showings we are receiving on our properties. I do feel that the word is getting out to the buyers in the area that this is the perfect time to buy. The interest rates are at a 40 year low.
