Lucky -

This looks like a great listing!  How much land is it on?  It doesn't look like there are neighbors very close.  Is this typical of your area?

Good luck with the listing!

I just love it- especially the walk in closet. That would be perfect for me- except my husband would still need to find another closet for his own needs.....LOL.

Congrats to you and good luck as always!

Lori,

The lot for this one is 80' x 150'.  There is a minimum of 15' sideline setbacks and 25' road setback.  The addition is called Greenfields because there is a lot of green space between streets to allow for bigger yards and open areas.  This one happens to back up to an area that will not be developed for a real long time, if ever.

This kind of green space is not common in our area in new subdivisions.  That is one of the big reasons that we chose to build there.

Thanks for stopping by.

Lucky :)

Maureen,

When there are two closets in a master bedroom do you call them hers and hers?

Hi my friend, another outstanding presentation!  How did you get that night shoot?  Wow!  The skies look like our big blue TX skies.  You do a great job for your clients.  L

Liz,

Thanks for the compliments!

The night shot just needed to be "steadied" while the slow shutter speed allowed enough light in.  It sure does make an impressive picture!

Thanks again,

Lucky :)

Indeed it is impressive, will have to give that a try too...more stuff to do :)  My list is down the block now.  I'm sure you know Margaret Rome?  She took her time tonight to call and tell me I must have had a glitch and my pictures on one of my blogs was not showing up on everyone else's computers.  The Rain is full of nice people like you.  On this one it was especially important since the hands (picture) made all the difference in the world, like NIGHT & DAY on your incredible picture.  That just came out, sorry :).  Liz
