Due to redistricting, United States Congressman Mike Thompson will no longer be representing the North Coast of California.  This is an excellent opportunity to acquaint yourself with one of the candidates for United States Congress.

Join public affairs TV pioneer Phil Donahue and candidate for Congress Norman Solomon for a meet-and-greet, followed by a discussion of today’s issues.

 

Donahue, a Hall-of-Fame broadcaster and winner of 20 daytime Emmy Awards, is visiting Humboldt County as part of a North Coast tour in support of Solomon’s campaign for Congress. He has called Solomon “one of America’s most respected progressive voices.”

There is no cover charge for this event.
