Lower Makefield   township, Bucks County, Real estate market report, December  2011

I looked up the mls for real estate activity in Lower Makefield township in December 2011.

I looked for residential listings sold in December . This does not include homes not listed, commercial  and  multi units . It  is deemed to be correct but subject to errors and omissions.

There were 24 homes that settled in December 2011.

The average original list price was $ 471,050.

The average last list price was $443,954

The average sale price was $ 423,808

Highest sale price was $724,000

The lowest sale price was $225,000

The average days the homes were marketed was 105

The average settled price to last list price ratio is 95.26%
