Here is Pensacola, Pace and Gulf Breeze Florida we are seeing rental rates go up as people choose not to buy will take rentals until the market flattens out. Especially with the military, they normally were good for 23 to 28% of sales and now they are less than 1% . But the only challenge there is they are also staying in base housing.
