Motivational Power Quote

Key Components of Greatness

“To succeed you need to find something to hold on to,

something to motivate you,

something to inspire you.”

Tony Dorsett, football player

As I see it . . . . . . .

Key components of greatness

When you speak with people that have achieved greatness in their chosen field you will find that they have common traits.

Successful people work very hard at their profession and put the time in to continually improve themselves. They have high expectation for what they will achieve and will focus their efforts to achieve the desired outcome.

A successful person will do far more to reach the top then an average person. They will look at what they do as a labor of love and go the extra mile to achieve greatness.

A person that achieves greatness lives a life of purpose and that purpose drives then to overcome their setbacks and to continually to look to the future and focus on their goals.

Successful people are self-motivated. Their motivation is that little voice inside them that sparks them into action and stimulates them to do a little more and to keep on trying.

Their motivation will come to the surface in very trying situations and will make the difference between success outcome and failure.

When you see a successful person in action you will see a person that inspired to achieve their objectives. Their inspiration will feed their success, their team and people that are associated with them.

Successful people live a life of purpose, they are self - motivated and they are inspired to succeed.

When you combine the key components of greatness you create a powerful force to propel you forward from success to greatness.

I agree with the self motivated.  It doesn't take a lot to get a successful person motivated Lou, but it must come from within!

Thank you for the post. I sometimes feel, a little less motivation on my part would serve me better.
