We see a growing trend in short sales and short sale awarenes, as well as short sale acceptance...back in 2008....there was an outright negative stigma....these days, for a number of clients, it is viewed as a necessary stepping stone for them to get to (or into) the property they desire.

The banks ae always changing their process and it is good to share how and what they are doing to get to a successful short sale approval. They are a great opportunity for the right buying market, and we should expose them as such!
