Great day at the Town Mall of Westminster
Town Mall of Westminster
It was actually warm enough for some yard work, a nice walk, riding a bike what ever your favorite outdoor activity is. Temps reached 59 today, unseasonably warm in Maryland for this time of year. I saw a few flip flops, tank tops and shorts around town.  I thought the mall would be empty with Christmas just two weeks ago I’m happy to report I was wrong, it was busy!

Nice set up, Diane.  I hope that brings you lots of business.  Are you the only one who mans it, or do you have a staff that takes turns?  Great idea!

What a nice booth you have Diane. Looks very professional, and approachable. Hope that things work well at the mall.

Love the look of the booth!  Is that your full time office space?  Should bring lots of business!

Diane: That booth makes Floor time a whole new experience. How forward thinking  to have a booth staffed at the local mall! I am assuming the brokerage provides this and the agents in the office are assigned times, yes?

Mike ~ The booth is available to any agent in the office who wants to participate.

Tom ~ Thanks, I can't take credit for the set up etc. I am blessed with the opportunity to use it.

Debra ~ No, it's like floor duty/desk duty only at the local mall. Many agents in our office have had successful transactions that start by meeting someone new or reconnecting with someone.

Anne ~ It really does create a different experience, face to face is always better in my opinion. The brokerage and the office together provide the space and the agents choose if it fits into their business plan or not. There is a nominal  fee to the agents.

Diane,

That does give you good visibility and should create a lot of foot traffic. :)
