Kevin, Looks like St Lucie Oaks is a nice place to live. With privacy, lake setting yet not too far from the main roadway, tenants should be able to find just what they're looking for and starting at a reasonable price too!
Kevin,
Yes I agree st Lucie looks like a good place to lived. I am happy to hear that the rental market is tight. In my opinion the tighter the rental market the more likely many folks will get mad and finally buy a home.
You mentioned about no place for folks in my area to buy regular chemically laden foods but here in Katy we have numerous grocery store options. Whole Foods will become the only store who specializes in organic and natural.
Larry and Sheila,
I already showed them twice this weekend. I have no issue renting and recommending such a beautiful community.
It truly is a beautiful place.
Thanks for check it out.
Please send us your referrals and we will take care of them.
Kevin
Robert,
You misunderstand me. I just meant that I have never had an issue with the $.60 per lb bananas located with chemicals instead of the ORGANIC ones at $3.00 lb.
