PSSST! The secret to more potential buyers viewing your listing!

Nice photos! Too bad too many times agents don't do their due diligence to take a good photo and showcase the home in the best possible way to bring the most buyers. So many times it looks like agents took 5 minutes and ran through the house taking 'action shots'

Your video tells the story well. Staging can sell even before the buyer sees the home in person. SC

I call it first impression - you have to hook them before you can get them to look and more detail.  A lesson I try to teach, start out with the photos that best capture the strong points of the home - put the view, put the gorgeous living area out there to make the viewer enjoy and want to explore more.  Great post!

Hi Margaret ~ all sellers should be paying attention!  If you put mediocre photos in the online listing and flyers, the outcome is more Days On Market.  Contacting a professional home stager for a consultation and/or staging help makes a world of difference, as your photos prove!  Let's continue to get the word out :-)

Hi Margaret--I love how you made the point.  With so many properties to chose from why would buyers linger over poor photos or photos of cluttered rooms.  Home staging turns spaces into homes buyers want--I hope they are reading your post!

Margaret - what a difference!  Visuals are everything when you're selling a house and we still keep seeing lousy photos on the MLS.  Glad youre showing the difference a great presentation makes.  I'm checking out Sliderocket as well.

You can't argue with the results that stagers and a good photographer can create. Look forward to working with you more now that Knipe Realty has moved in to the Salem market.

Margaret, this is an excellent presentation and definitely hits the mark on why sellers need to take every advantage....I checked out sliderocket and it does look interesting, but not sure if I want to spend the money at this time.  I may just to the free trial.

Amen to that Margaret!!  A picture can make or break a listing.  Your success rate with staging (AND getting those good photos online) is proof.

I think this is a great post for staging and a great video too.  So many people forget that an empty house can just swallow people up mentally and we need to depth with staging to fill in the gaps.
