Chris, My first thought was 60s when I saw the concrete ribbons!  Reminds me of postage stamps from the era :)

Paul - I've only been inside that building once, but the outside is just different for our downtown area.

Bill & Liz: I thought of using this photo/crop for a "guess what building this is" for a Gainesville area post. One of our local newspapers do that.  It's a hoot trying to recognize parts of a building.
