Great looking home Todd.  Personally I have never listed a HUD home, brought the buyer yes but listed it's not my expertise.  Not that I wouldn't do it just hasn't happen yet as DJ stated in her response.  Todd Clark your Washington County HUD Home area Realtor®!

Debb, that is why I have negotiators. But, I also love having investors who are willing to wait on short sales. No worry about them backing out if it is a deal.

John - I love HUD homes and they are great deals for the right buyer who can act fast and is prepared to jump through a few hoops.
