Your 2012 Business Plan, How is it? What can you do to make it more powerful, more productive than past years? One addition I made was to list activities that I will do DAILY, that I will do Tuesday and Thurs, and M-W-F, and weekly. Then I LAMINATED THEM!

I am sure you have heard of having your GOALS IN WRITING, well why not take important activities in your business plan and PUT THEM IN WRITING, LAMINATE them, and have them with you 24/7. Carry in your calendar or day timer. Maybe you have heard the comment before: OUT OF SIGHT OUT OF MIND? Well by taking a summary of my 2012 BUSINESS PLAN laminating it, and having it with me all the time eliminates that OUT OF SIGHT OUT OF MIND.

Another item to make my business plan even more powerful: I am visiting a few Toastmaster clubs in the Phoenix area. Also I plan to join one of them within the next two weeks. Whether you are a Realtor, Title person, Insurance, loan officer, or any other form of business here is WHY>>>>>>>>>>>>>> I am currently a member of four clubs. I have been in Toastmasters for six years. My return on my investment is 1300%. In 2011 my income directly because of Toastmasters was over $25,000

And how is 2012 shaping up? Well I have over 10 buyer transactions anticipated at the beginning of the year. I have never had that much in the 31 years I have been in the business.

Emails will go out to over 4,000 Realtors this week, I already have five people interested, and we need 20 to charter a NEW TOASTMASTER CLUB!

How is YOUR 2012 Business Plan shaping up? Do you know what happened to the market in the Phoenix area in 2011? There was 10,000 more sales than there was in 2010! If you have a passion for real estate sales, or would like to have a passion for real estate sales, and your income is not where you want it to be... Maybe it is time to turn off the national and local media and become apart of the increase in income that I am experiencing.

Not convienced yet? Take a listen to this: A couple of months ago I gave a 5-7 minute speech at one of the clubs I am a member of, about STRATEGIC DEFAULT. At the end of the meeting when I walked to the back of the room, a man who was a guest that night walked up to me, shook hands, and said: "My wife will be here in three months from Singapore I want you to be my agent!" After talking with him, and seeing he lives in the Biltmore area, and he is paying $2,000 for rent, that means a commission check for me for: at least: $10,000 for a seven minute speech. One tip to realize, I gave this speech with PASSION, I mean REAL PASSION, I mean with as much passion that you see when you listen to Zig Ziglar, or Anthony Robbins.

Hi Dan-I need to get my business planning in order for sure!  These are some great tips.  I haven't been by my office in forever, but plan to this week and I am sure my book is there waiting for me.  Hope you had a wonderful holiday!
