Is this really January? This past weekend the weather has been glorious in Central Maryland. Bright, sunny and a balmy 65+ degrees. Just a joy to be alive.
Lucky for me I had 6 buyers this weekend all looking at homes. It was a pleasure to view sun filled properties in t-shirts. Some of the distressed properties were colder inside than the temperatures outside.
Mother Nature also seems confused at the lack of Winter this year. My Daffodils, that usually do not make an appearance till early March, have already started to peek up and enjoy the sunshine. Maybe we will get away without any snowfall this year!
