Looks like homes are holding decent value these down in MV. I'm sure they had their hay day though.

Looks once people come to Mission Gate they stay only one home sold in 2011!

Not FHA approved is a real down for condo/townhomes in our area but hopefully not as important there. Great post and beautiful photos!

Yolanda — Eric’s left ActiveRain but he still works for Russel. He’s setting up a WordPress web site right now. Once he does that, he’ll be migrating the Russel Ray Photos WordPress blog over to the web site and then he’s going to start on a new real estate web site for me.
Connie – What’s interesting is that even those communities that are eligible don’t apply for approval. Seems like the HOA would be proactive.
