Renters on the Prowl - Fascinating Pascack Valley Open House Results
Here it is, a few weeks before the holiday Season, and there was a flourish of activity at my open house in Hillsdale New Jersey. What is even more fascinating is that many of the visitors were buyers who have already sold there homes, and are renting while looking for a home. This is a very smart idea, if you think that the Real Estate Market in the Pascack Valley is indeed dropping.
