It really is a great feeling when you know you've made your clients happy. I had clients from Italy who only saw a video of the home I helped them purchase. They saw it about two days before we closed escrow and they were elated. I felt like those children :).
It's always a great feeling when your clients are super excited about a house. Especially when they are the little ones.
