Yes, we are so fortunate to live in coastal communities. Thanks for the positive comment. Please let me know anytime you might have a chance to visit in our Panama City area.
This is indeed the best time to invest in Bay County/Panama City, FL ... and the number one reason is because the next INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT is scheduled to be built here in Bay County. The initial groundbreaking just happened on NOV 1, 2007. The International Airport is scheduled to be completed in 2010. It will, of course, bring jobs, development, tourism, shopping, restaurants, housing, and $$$$.
I truly believe Bay County is slated for unprecedented growth over the next 3-5 years. Any investment... especially in land ... can only be expected to appreciate in value over the next 2-5 years.
Please advise if I may send you additional information or if you have questions, I will do my best to provide answers and provide any necessary documentation.
I've written a couple of blogs about the plans for the new international airport. I think this link will take you to them or open them (maybe!)... if not, contact me and I will link them or you can browse through my blogs if you have time. international airport (2)
Thanks for your comment and for the good-luck wishes! I can use all the luck I can get anytime! Preparation and good luck equal opportunity, I believe!
Wondering what's going on at the beach? What is the local real estate market doing in Bay County, Panama City/Beaches? Wondering where to get the best seafood dinner? Wondering where the great buys are in real estate?

Jan,
That's a fantastic view! I've been to Panama City, FL. Wonderful like Destin, Pensacola, and Ft. Walton.
We're both lucky to be at coastal communities, except for the temporary cloudy market.
