Does anyone have a year end letter from the heart they have written yet?

I am looking for some ideas...

Kim, I'm so bad that's one strategy that I haven't implemented.  I keep telling myself that I'll do it next month.  Finally, I delegated it to my virtual assistant who will start it in January!  One less thing that I'll have to do :-)  Have you found success from this strategy?

Kim, Thirteen years with By Referral Only??  I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you via telephone about BRO.  I've been considering joining but I haven't made the plunge just yet.  I've asked a few Active Rainers (just 2) about BRO but I haven't gotten any real definitive answers from them.  I'm available to call you when it's convenient for your schedule..if you don't mind.  Please say you don't mind (lol).

Tamara,

Absolutely I have found value from the Letter from the Heart each month.  It is a way to connect with my clients at a much deeper level.  We spend weeks with our clients to the point we know about their family, friends, co-workers and then the transaction is over.  We don't pick up the phone and call them like we do our own Mother, Sister, Friends.  So, we lose the deep relationship.

With the Letter from the Heart monthly we keep the relationship going.  My clients love hearing what is going on in my personal life.  Makes me more of a "real person" to them.  They often give me a quick call to tell me what is going on with their little soccer player, to let me know they are having twins, or being a parent for the first time.  Great way to stay connected.

Just go to BRO members only front page and they have a monthly LFTH to send to your clients.  Then take it to the next level.  Make it personal and relate it to what is going on in your life.  Takes 1/2 hour tops.  Give it to an assistant to copy and mail out.  Simple...the 25th of each month.

Let me know 6 months from now how it is working for you....

Take Care,
Kim

Kim,

I basically do a short year-in-review about some of the things me and my wife have been up to and usually end with an expression of gratitude to my loyal clients. And an optimistic look forward to another exciting year.  My LFTH is one page on letterhead which I insert into my monthly newsletter. So it'll go out toward the first part of December.

Happy Thanksgiving.

Kim,

Thanks for validating the point that I NEED to implement this awesome strategy.  Consider it done.  I have marked it in my calendar to let you know how it is going six months from now!
