Hi Barbara. Is there 685 vacant buildable lots? We haven't had that many vacant lots in 20 years in my location.

Conrad - the lots are not vacant. There are a total of 685 total lots in the master plan for Buffalo Creek. There are a few available, but most are built out. Buffalo Creek is composed of different areas with different price points.
