good pictures about the eels
Peter and Linda - the data is great for those who work in large urban centres but is non existent for those of us who work in smaller rural areas. It makes you wonder at the validity of the information if it is used for a national outlook

Hence the need for you and us to continue to produce and share our specific locally generated information and data, and also for us to be available for our readers to assist them in inpterpreting the more generice and national data that sources like CMHC produce. Taking data from the Macro view on a national level, and comparing it with the local and more relevant spacifics for our ourclients is really where we can add most of our value for our clients and readers in most cases.

Cool, we really enjoy this CMHC site and Service, and although we always filter it with our own interpretation, CMHC is a solid and consistent resource for good real estate information and support.
Sounds like great resources for Canadian home buyers and home sellers!

It really is, eventhough it is a bit tainted by CMHC's criteria, those criteria are used accross the country, so even if the numbers are not exact, they are still representative for a national review.
