Is there something wrong with being picky? I didn’t know that being picky was a bad trait. Being “Picky” or knowing exactly what you want is nothing to correct, as long as you are realistic about your price range.
Lately, when I am viewing homes for the first time, my clients are apologizing for being “picky.”

Believe it or not, we are a team. And our mission is the same despite some articles that tell you to not tell your real estate agent everything or hide the way you feel about a house from your agent. So, the next time you are about to censor yourself, please think again. You have worked hard to get pre-qualified or you have spent years saving money for your new home, and you want a home that you love and not have to settle with. My advice to you is to embrace your pickiness and watch your dreams become a reality.
